Not. Good. To. Many. Dogs when you can walk very well so I had to sit in the car I need to do my exercise because iam disabled

No shade on a sunny day, chain fence instead of a net, nowhere to sit or set things down, street parking only, but the concrete is smooth, the lines are clear and you can play tennis here.
